Persons with active felony warrants do not have to appear on the Featured Felon List for tipsters to receive a reward. Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives on your own.
 
DEFINITION OF WARRANTS
  • Original Charge - investigation was completed and it was found that there was sufficient evidence to result in the issuance of a warrant for the subject but does not mean that the subject of which the warrant was issued has been convicted of said crime.
  • Bond Forfeiture - subject has not complied with the terms ordered by the Judge on the original warrant.
  • Motion to Revoke - subject has not complied with the conditions of probation such as failing drug tests, failing to complete community service, and failing to pay fees.
  • Order of Arrest - subject failed to appear in court on the date set after orignal arrest. Courts dates are given when released from jail on a Misdemeanor and in the mail within 2 weeks of release on a Felony
  • Surety to Surrender – bonding company is requesting that they be released from their bond(s) because subject has been rearrested.

Cher-Lon “Cricket” BaileyThe Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating the disappearance of Cher-Lon “Cricket” Denice Bailey since she was reported missing by her adult daughter in February 2010.Cher-Lon was last known to be staying at a residence on Gerald Lane in Conroe, Texas in 2008 and investigators have not been able to develop leads as to her disappearance.Anyone who may have known “Cricket” should call Detective Chad May at (936) 760-5876.
