Featured Felon Volker Arrested

John Arthur Volker Jr. was included on one of the Multi-County Crime Stoppers Featured Felons lists in November, 2019 for an arrest warrant in Montgomery County on a charge of DWI-Subsequent Offense.   Volker turned himself in at the Montgomery County jail in early December, was arrested for his warrant, and will face his charges in court.
