Featured Felon Powell Arrested

Todd Edward Powell was included on a Multi-County Crime Stoppers weekly Featured Felons list in September, 2019 for a felony warrant for Unauthorized Use Of A Motor Vehicle.   Powell eluded arrest for a few months, but was arrested by the Houston Police Department for his warrant when a HPD officer stopped him for a traffic violation.  He was returned to Montgomery County to face his justice in court.
